Co Mentoring
Perrone-Ambrose Associates is introducing a version of mentoring that meets the demands of the hybrid workplace model. This version, CO-MENTORING, rests on the premise that more mentors are available if we go beyond seeing mentoring in the traditional sense; it means more mentors, more mentoring across organizational lines. CO-MENTORING features colleagues, co-workers, and team members mentoring one another, offering a mutual exchange of perspectives, experience, and knowledge.
This hour-and-a-half workshop highlights the nuts and bolts for establishing an intentional learning partnership. It provides a framework for learning conversations between partners.
$139 for a single participant: $278 for up to 5 participants from the same organization.
