Train the Trainer

Mentors 2100 allows your experienced in-house trainers and facilitators to guide the mentoring partnerships throughout an entire program cycle.

When your in-house instructors have completed our Mentors 2100 Train-the-Trainer program, they will be certified to lead mentors and mentees in Perrone-Ambrose’s complete mentor and mentee training programs. They’ll use our facilitator guidebooks and participant materials throughout the entire mentoring cycle. The four structured training sessions for both mentors and mentees include: the “Launch and Link-Up” Program, the First Quarter Check-Up, the Final Stretch Session and the end-of cycle Transition Meeting.

MENTORS 2100 DO IT YOURSELF

Participants work with a leader’s guide, receive instruction in the training presentations, and practice leading the experiential exercises to be conducted with their future mentors and mentees. These instructors also receive an in-depth briefing on the learning theory and methodology behind the various segments of the program. The sessions will cover all segments of the Organization’s mentoring program including:

  • Mentor Training
  • Mentee Training
  • Link-Up Session
  • Check-Up Meeting
  • Final Stretch Meeting
  • Transition Meeting

Program Licensing

Following certification, the instructors can present the Mentoring program in their organization:
The programs are presented by the organization’s instructors who have completed the T-t-T Workshop. The materials used for the subsequent training of mentors and mentees will be ordered from Perrone-Ambrose Associates.

Registration Fees for the Mentors 2100 Train-the-Trainer public workshop are $2600.00 for the first attendee from an Organization; Subsequent registrants from the same organization are charged $1800.00. The Materials charge for each participant is $300.00.

The next scheduled Train-the-Trainer three-day public workshop to be conducted in Deerfield, Illinois is on September 19, 20, & 21, 2023.

A Virtual Licensing Workshop can be scheduled at mutually convenient times. The fee for one participant is $2600 plus $300 plus shipping for workbooks and materials. Subsequent participants attending the same workshop with their colleagues will be charged $1500 plus $300.00 for workbooks and materials plus shipping.
